SERVIDOMÉSTICAS

Making your life easier, it’s that simple

We are a company that meets all the conditions required by law.

At Servidomésticas, we know keeping your home or office spotless can be challenging — especially when time is short and managing legal hiring requirements becomes a hassle. That’s why, since 2012, we’ve been making cleaning simple, flexible, and stress-free.

We’re a fully licensed cleaning company offering professional home and office cleaning services in Medellin and Bogota — available by the hour or by the day, with no long-term commitments or legal complications.

More than a cleaning company — we’re a life-changing project

Servidomésticas was born in 2012 as a real response to two major challenges: the unfair working conditions faced by many women in domestic service, and the lack of reliable, legal cleaning services by the day or hour for homes and businesses.

With determination, empathy, and a clear vision for the future, we started small — in an apartment in Medellin — believing it was possible to do things differently: with care, respect, and excellence. Within months, we had a team of 12 professional cleaners, media recognition, and the certainty that we were building something meaningful.

Our first office opened in El Poblado, followed by our expansion to Bogota in 2017. Every step since has been guided by one purpose: to dignify women’s work and provide a professional cleaning service built on quality, legality, and social commitment.

Today, we continue to grow, learn, and improve — still driven by the same conviction: a good cleaning service doesn’t just transform spaces. It transforms lives.
